MMI uses passive enhancement, active enhancement and anti reflective films to increase the outdoor viewability of laptop and tablet displays. We work with major brands such as Panasonic, Fujistu, Compaq, Toshiba, and IBM. MMI upgrades the LCD panel through the use of enhancement films to make the LCD more "sunlight-usable". A combination of brightness enhancement films are installed in the LCD panel between the backlight assembly and the LCD glass. This brightness enhancement can make the LCD panel 20% to 200% brighter. An Anti-Glare/Anti-Reflective film is then applied to the front of the LCD surface to cut down on the display being "washed-out" by sunlight. The combinationn of these enhancements is what makes the LCD more usable outdoors. MMI is an Authorized Warranty Service Center for Toshiba and can customize your Notebook computer to be more water resistant and increase its durability.
